Introduction ​

This document details the configuration process of the CWMP protocol (CPE WAN Management Protocol), also known as TR-069, in Intelbras' 121AC device. CWMP is essential for remote management of network devices, allowing efficient configuration, monitoring and diagnosis.

Prerequisites for pointing equipment ​

Validation of Communication ​

Diagnostic Tests

  1. Ping and Traceroute
  • Access the diagnostics section of the device
  • Run ping and traceroute tests for the ACS server domain Step by step
  1. Access the device administration interface.
  2. Browse up to WAN > WAN settings.
  3. Check that the TR-069 service is enabled on the WAN interface in connection type, check the INTERNET TR069 option.
  4. Go to Admin > TR-069.
  5. Activate TR069 Daemon.
  6. Activate Activate CWMP Parameter.
  7. Fill in the required fields as required.
  8. Activate Periodic Information.
  9. Set Periodic Information Range to 300 seconds.
  10. Activate Authentication.
  11. Save the settings.

After configuration, the device must establish automatic connection with the ACS server. It is crucial to monitor the logs of the ACS device and server to ensure proper communication. In case of connection problems, check the accuracy of the inserted information and possible firewall locks.
